August 2007: Vigilanz incorporates patient charting in to the Dynamic Monitoring™ System. One screen provides a 360 degree real-time view of all patient data (pharmacy, lab, microbiology ADT, OR, etc.). One screen to go to for all patient clinicals from all EMR vendor sources sent to VigiLanz. July 2007: Vigilanz announces the release of the fourth module in the Dynamic Monitoring™ System suite, DP Mine™. This intuitive query tool enables the clinician and researcher, without any programming background, to create and run both simple and complex queries on the wealth of clinical data stored in the Electronic Medical Record. Sources data from a broad range of clinical systems (pharmacy, lab, microbiology, ADT, OR, etc.), regardless of vendor source. May 2007: Vigilanz enhances Intervention Monitoring and Reporting capabilities in the Dynamic Monitoring™ System. In addition to automatically logging all system generated interventions and associated outcomes, VigiLanz now also offers the ability to directly enter intervention data. One place to record and report on all interventions, including tracking of device days for ventilators and catheters. System automatically assigns cost savings by category of intervention and tracks actual labor costs associated with each intervention.
