Intervention priority, cost savings, labor time, associated drug orders, lab test results and the desired patient record data are displayed for each intervention. Intervention tracking can also be used to log patient device data.

Clinical notations can be entered as free form text and custom templates can be created to ensure that all desired additional documentation is entered for each intervention. Third party records such as scanned medication order documents can also be attached to an individual intervention.
